The IP Network Systems platform was designed by entertainment, lawyers, and information technology industry veterans who understand the entertainment industry, software development, and the business rules which need to be implemented for monetizing on digital goods and protecting intellectual property. The team is comprised of former record label executives from Destiny Media Technologies, Sony Music, Universal Music, and Motown. The company is privately financed, with headquarters in Hollywood, California and an offshore development facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharastra India.
